    Hey there man, thank you for your help first of all. I'm really considering hiring you for a contest prep but I got me a bulking cycle to run for 12-15 weeks first. I have EQ, Test-E, Trenbolene Acetate, and Anavar on hand. Also have Arimidex, nolvadex and Hcg, how would you recommend I go about this? Have done cycles before but I want to run it the best way?

    If you want to do a contest in the next cycle, I would save the tren and var for that time. If you wanted to get more mass gains, I would look more toward some dbol for this time. 

     

    1-14 

    Test E 500mg EW

    adex .5mg EOD or as needed

    1-13

    EQ 400-600mg EW, dose depending on response and expereince 

    1-6

    Dbol 30-40mg ED

     

    Depending on how much HCG you have, I would start running it on cycle at a time that would allow you to do about 250iu 2x wk during the cycle up to 2 wks beyond your last shot of test
