    Hey like to thank you For taking ur time and answering everyone ? ... U have very good insight .. Now I'm 42 yrs old 5ft 9 225lbs I have drugged in my 20 so I'm still decent shape ... But I'm dragging here with the little ones I have . Thinking of doing a test cycle maybe cyp or ethenate which one can u recommend And put toghter a 10/12 cycle thanks

    Eitehr test e or cyp would be a good option. They are almost the same. In the real world, you will not see a difference between the two. At your age, you might qualify for HRT. It would not hurt to get your labs done before you start. This way you will know what your best natural production looks. If your test is low, you will feel better in your nromal day to day life, using a TRT dose of test. 
    For a cycle, Here is how I would set it up

    1-12

    Test E or Cpy 500mg EW

    adex .5mg EOD or more if needed

    PCT would start 2 wk after last shot or you would then start your HRT
