If your show is in June, you don't have a lot of time to bulk. I suggest that you clean your diet up and start getting ready at least 12-16 wks out and start your cutting cycle then. I would have bulked up through the fall and at this point come closer to the end of your bulk, transitioning to a cleaner, pre season diet, keeping food higher and cardio as low as possible, but still eating enough to slowly push for more size. So whatever you do, don't get fat right now! And try to give yourself some time off, to recover and re sensitize yourself to androgens.
To put this in persepective, I am working with several guys that are competing in May shows. They are starting their preps now or in the next few weeks. If you really feel you need to add more size, my suggestion would be to push the date back to a later Fall show.
