    This will be my first time using gear and need guidance. I have read through the q&a about winni cycles (oral). You have suggested cycles of about 1-12 Test E 350-500mg EW..Adex .5mg EOD…7-12Winstrol 50mg ED splitting the winni in half 25 mg in the morning and 25 mg about 8 hours later.My questions are. Are those doses mentioned above good for a noob or should I drop the test to a lower number… There are so many comps on the site witch one would u recommend I use for mentioned gear and amount.. if u could dumb it down as much as u can that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Those doses are great for a new user. You can reduce some and still get good results. You could use 1.5cc test a week if you like, but 2cc (500mg) would be fine. You could reduce winstrol to 40mg and still get a good effect but 50 would be fine too. 

    There are a lot of great brands on Naps Gear. I've been a customer long before I hosted the Q/A. I've always been fond of Geneza. They have given me the results I want every time. You also can never go wrong using Human Grade amps, but GP would be just fine for everything and their tabs are amazing!! I've done all of my shows using Geneza for several years now
