Some guys do like to take their full daily dose all at once, an hour or so before training. This can give more of a pump, for some people. In genreal though, splitting it up will be the best way to avoid side effects. Regardless of how you take it, 1 dose, 2 doses, or 5 doses, it will still work. It's just a matter of what works best for you and produces the least amount of side effects. Personally, I usually split my Dbol dose into 2 doses a day. It could be spread out more evenly and hormones would be more balanced, but this works out fine for me. If you try it all at once and find that you are getting more acne or signs of gyno, go back to splitting it up over the day
