The longer you are off, the more you will your body will find balance, but your test is probably low, while estrogen is high. Running some Clomid will help you to balance back out. 50mg ED for 3 wks. I would also be sure to keep an eye on your sodium intake. Try to keep salt lower and most important, consistent. Stay away from lactose containing foods and continue to drink plenty of water. If you want to add in some arimidex when you get it, maybe .5mg, 2x wk, will help with conversion to estrogen.
Something else to consider. At your age, you might qualify for HRT. This would allow you to take a replacement dose of test non stop. You'd be able to manage your hormones without the flux you are currently going though and not deal with the ups and downs of going on and off. After you feel you have recovered from this cycle, and things feel normal, you'd go to your dr and get some labs done, to see where your test levels are
