It's going to take a lot more than one cycle to gain 20-30 lbs bro. You're obviously very new to gear, which is ok. We all started somwhere. But 30 lbs of muscle is more like what you should be shooting for, for your overall goals in bodybuilding...like in 1o years, you would like to have 30 lbs more muscle. Now thats not to say you can't put on 30 lbs during the course of your next cycle. You can add 30 lbs at your height, but it will be a combo of fluid and nutrient renention, increased blood volume, some fat, and yes, some muscle.
So start thinking long term. If you want to be huge, make it your life goal. Live the life and eat a perfect diet every day, for the next 5 years. Train your ass off, every workout for the next 5 years. And be smart with your gear use. If you abuse gear and run stupid doses, your time as a bodybuilder will be cut very short. You will have health problems if you push too much gear. I've seen it happen to many. If you follow the sport, you've seen many guys die in the past 2 years. There is a reason thats happening. So be smart and learn from the mistakes others have made. And look at it this way. You can only gain so much at once. If you have a headache and an asprin would cure it, is it going to be cure any better by taking 5 asprin plus 5 advil? Of course not, but if you were do that long enough, you'd suffer side effects from it.
So here is a good progression of cycles for guys that want to start using gear and get the most out of it. Keep in mind, I am only outlining the gear. You also need an AI and PCT and time off beteen cycles. As you learn how gear effects you, you can begin stacking gear and taking more to continue getting a good effect, as seen here. You should be able to gain 10-15 lbs off of seach of these cycles, as long as your DIET is 100% and you continue to improve the diet and change it as it's needed, as you grow
