    I have never messed with bold before and I don't know when to add it to my cycle I'm doing a 12 week dbol first 4 weeks as a kick while taking test E and deca. When should I run the bold?

    Deca and EQ are both going to have a simiar effect. I would suggest one or the other. You'd want to start your EQ at week 1 and continue on through the whole 12 wks. 400-500mg is a normal dose
