For anyone reading this response, I want to say that it is super important to understand how to use insulin before you start. Insulin is one of the few bodybuiding drugs that can kill you. If you understand the insulin you are using, you can manage it and stay safe.
Ok, so my suggestion here is based off of using humalin R. I would suggest taking it 30 min before training, then taking gh right before working out. For carbs, I would eat a carb rich solid food meal 1 hour before training. Then sip on carbs while working out. Then of course follow that up with carbs in your post training meal
For GH, I usually split my dose up, taking a shot in the AM when I wake up and the preworkout shot. If you plan to use a second shot of insulin, I would take it in the morning with meal 1
