Sure this is a safe cycle. I would opt for some HCG if you are planning to come off after and regain natural function. Deca can be hard to recover from. Plus you will need an AI, arimidex would work well. Here is how I would run the cycle

1-16

Test Cyp 500mg EW

adex .5mg to 1mg EOD

1-14

Deca 400mg EW

13-16

Anavar 50mg ED

PCT would start 2 wks after last shot. I would use 100mg clomid ED for 7 days. Then 14-21 days at 50mg ED.

With HCG I would start it through the last 8 wks, leading into PCT, using 500iu, 2x wk, and stopping about 3 days before PCT starts
