    So this will be my first time ever with steroids. I was looking at the pre designed stacks but do not know which would be the best for me. A little about myself I'm 31 I work 6 days a week 10 hours a day. I work out at least 5 to 6 times a week. I have been working out now for the past 3 years. Before starting to work out I weighed 165. I'm now at 225. Some muscle some fat. My strength is improving slowly but surely but my muscle mass is not improving what so ever. I eat 6 to 8 times a day. Please just let me know which stack would be best for me. Thank you

    If you went from 165 to 225, it sounds like you had made some good progress for a time, but if you are not making progress now, I think I know whats going on. Food needs to be increased. All this time, you were probably eating enough to be 225 lbs. As you grow, you need to continue eating more to grow. So now protein may need to be increase and possibly carbs and or fats. Remember, a steroid cycle only speed up what is already working. If your diet is not optimal for your goals, progress will not be as good as when the diet is dialed in. Also, if you are getting fat, you might want to tighten down a little on the carbs and fats, getting leaner before you shoot for more gains

    Then when you are ready for your first cycle, here is what I would suggest. 

    1-12

    Test E or Cyp 500mg EW

    adex .5 to 1mg EOD

    1-6

    30mg Dbol

     

    PCT starts 2 wks after last shot. clomid 100mg ED for 7 days. Then 14-21 days at 50mg
