Oral tren is to be used at the end of a longer cycle. Think of it as icing on the cake. Because it is very toxic, you only want to use it for 3 wks. So if you are cutting and getting lean, you'll add it to the end of the plan when you are already looking your best, just to bring out more detail, hardness and increase strength during the end of a cut when you would otherwise be weaker.

So depending on your expereince, you may want to use only test and OT. Or of you are more expereineced, you can add a DHT to the plan. I'll outline the cycle with Masteron. Do not forget that you will want to do PCT after the cycle is over.
