I think that 5iu is plenty of GH for yor prep. I have found that spliting the dose up more is better for fat loss. I would split it into 3 shots, 1 AM, 1 preworkout, 1 in the evening before bed. Toward the end of the diet, if you find that you are holding water from the GH, you can always cut it, 2 wks out to ensure that you come in hard and dry
