    Similar to other questions posted about newbie cycles for weight and vitality with a slight twist. Just had two level disc fusion in cervical spine 9 weeks ago and need to be mindful of anything that would impede bone growth or reduce natural inflammation supporting bone growth. 45 yrs old, 5'10", 234lb & 22.9%BF. Haven't been able to lift since August 2015 and have blown up 30lbs in weight and atrophied significantly due to inactivity. 16 months off HRT for Low T @200mg/wk that kept my Total T levels level at avg 370-500 ng/dL. W/O HRT Total T averages 215-230.Diet is now in check and DR. has released me for unrestricted machine cardio and moderate resistance training.All that said, what's your recommendation for a cycle to increase fat loss despite restrictions on heavy resistance training? HGH, Clen and/or Test?

    Fat loss is going to come more from diet. Steroids will help you better utilize your food, so you will be less likely to store food as fat while on cycle, but this minor. On a cycle, the main purpose of gear is to maintain muscle while in a reduced calorie stage. So your best tools for fat loss are going to be a perfect diet and the cardio. If you want to speed the process up, you could look into fat burners like clen and T3 and yohimbine. These things will take an already good diet and make it better. Then if you watned to harden up more a good option might be some GP Mast200, which is a blend of long and short acting masteron. This will kick in faster than normal Mast e and it will also free up some of your test, making test more effective. This does not mean that you don't need an AI too. Here is how I would outline the plan

     

    1-12

    test e or cyp, dosed between 250-500mg

    adex .5mg to 1mg EOD

    Clen 40mcg to start, then add 20 every 2 wks

    3-12

    Tren E 300-400mg EW

    T3 (if desired) starting at 25mcg for the first 4 wks, then slow increase, only if needed to keep fat loss going. Increases of 12.5mcg at a time are what I would do
