    Anti-Gyno Cycle or Surgery?
    on: 2016-03-16 22:53:17
I'm 47 and hitting the gym hard again. Back in the day we used whatever gear we could get our hands on and pct wasn't even a thought. Yeah, we were old school dummies. Needless to say I had developed gyno, not a large mass and not super noticeable but yet it's there and Id like to get rid of it before I use any gear again. I've been told there is such a thing as an anti-gyno cycle. True or false? Or is surgery the only option?

Not sure if you mean a cycle that will not bother your gyno, or if you mean a cycle of meds that will reverse gyno. So lets cover both.

First, there are many cycles you can do, while having gyno. The key is using an AI to control estrogen. You may be more sensitive to test and could require more AI than others. So test as the base of your cycle is fine. You could probably do just finw with 500mg test every week, as long as the adex is high enough. I'd start with 1mg adex ED. From there, you can add any number of steroids to your plan. I would just avoid steroids that have a high conversion rate. Maybe stick with DHTs like masteron or anavar.

There is no way to reverse gyno once the lumps have formed. If you take a lot of an AI and SERM like adex or letro, along with nolvadex, you may shrink the lumps, but this may totally reverse by the time you go back off of these meds. Honestly though, the only way to get rid of it, is to have the surgery
