Norvasc, which is a calcium channel blocker and one of the most mild BP meds for side effects, should be fine to use while taking gear. If you need medicine for BP, then I would highly suggest taking it, especially while on gear, when the chance of high BP goes up. Make sure you drink plenty of water. It'll help to flush minerals and keep fluid retention down. Gear increases mineral retention and this can be a cause for water retention. Same with estrogen. It can make you hold water too. So use enough adex to stay balanced and get the water in. Check your BP regularly while on. Be sure to check it later in the day, when fluid retention tends to get worse
For anyone interested in working with me, I have room for 2 to 3 more clients. I work one on one, design indivudual diet programs, gear programs and for no extra cost, I'll add in a traning plan. Message me at the Next Level Nutrition page, here at Naps Gear
