I think that 10 wks of dbol is a little much. I would suggest running the dbol for the first 6 wks. By the time you are done with the dbol, the deca will have built up and be working quite well. You're only running the cycle for 12 wks so the deca should be working well right up to the time you call it quits. Just my suggestion though.

Splitting your dbol into 5 doses a day might be overkill. When I want to get real specific, I will break it down into 3 doses, but honestly, I can't tell the difference between 2 doses a day and 3 doses a day. At times, I've even taken my full daily dose all at once, an hour before training. The fewer doses you use, the more likely you are to get side effects. So if dbol causes issues for you, then stick with 3 doses a day.

For PCT, 100mg nolvadex is WAY too much. More is not going to make you recover any better. You might be mistaking this for Clomid. If you use Nolva, 40mg the first week. Then 20mg for wk 15-17. Look at it this way, if you have a headache and take 2 tylenol to fix it, 6 tylenol isn't going to fix it any better

For anyone interested, I have room for a couple more clients. I work one on one, developing diet and gear programs. We carry these plans out and make adjustments as needed, through 12 wk programs. Everything is desinged for you and your needs. For no extra change, I can give you a training plan.
