Ok I need some help on understanding. This is my first time with a stack. I just purchased the beginner bulk stack. It arrived today! So I am 32 years old 6'0''. I have been athletic for the last 12 years of my life. Last year I weighed 192 and 26% body fat (got fat) so I started boxing. Now I am 184 and 15% body fat. I am now heavy lifting 3 days a week m,w,f and boxing 2 days a week t&th. The reason I got this stack is because I have never been able to put on the muscle (I dont have a six pack but I just look scrawny. my diet is:shake in the am with 1 cup fruit.Shake after gym with 1 cup oats and 1 cup fruit.shake at 10:30Lunch 8 oz of chicken or turkey, 1 cup starch, 1 cup veggiesdinner 4 oz of chicken or turkey, 1 cup veggies. I need to know what weight program I should door I have about 1 hour each day to workout. (do i need more heavy lifting and less cardio (boxing)? Also is my diet enough food? what should I be eating?Last: I am a little lost as to how to take the stack (in the but, my arm, thigh...?) I did buy syringes of 1.5 inch. Thanks in advance for your help.

You need to be eating a lot more. I mean this as a friendly jab, but I have bikini competotirs that eat more than you :) Start eating 6 meals a day. 6oz of meat in 4 meals, then 2 shakes at 50g whey per shake. Your carbs and fats are going to need to be adjusted depending on your response. You could start with 200g carbs and 100g fat. Then adjust as needed to get the results you want, eating at least that much protein.

For training, focus on the big basic lifts, squat, bench and dead lift. Pull ups, barbell rows. Work the big muscles hard and given enough food and the right nutrition, you will grow.

For your shots, I would start with glutes. Check out this write up

For you or anyone else that wants to work one on one, I offer programs that are individually designed and updated each week, based off your results, covering diet drugs and training. I have room for a couple more clients right now. For anyone interested, reach out to me at the Next Level Nutrition page, here at Naps Gear
