If I'm understanding you correctly, and you were 10 wks out from your show, the time to grow new muscle is gone. You need to work on that in the off season. In the last 10 wks, getting lean enough for the show is the only goal left to focus on, while maintaining existing muscle mass. Primo would be a good option to try for off season, if you have not used it before and the sides will be much lower than test. NPP and EQ are also options for females at your level but these drugs can be more intense. I would suggest trying primo first at 50mg EW, and if that works well, increase to 100mg. Some females find that they bloat on the drug and for this reason, I would not mess around with it for the first time, this close to a show.
As for fat loss, T3 would be helpful. I would start at 25mcg and add 12.5 mcg every 2 wks as needed, and I would try to keep the dose no higher than 50mcg. Also, I don't trust the "research chems". I would suggest getting real tamox and T3. Pharm grade or Geneza would be my suggestion
