This shoud be a great cycle, getting back into gear for a guy your age. The key to making it work is training hard and eating big. I would suggest you eat around 1-1.5g of protein per lb of body weight and then adjust carbs and fats as needed to grow while not getting overly fat. Remember, the steroids only work as well as the diet and training are. Everything is going to depend on getting enough food. If you can't get all of this in as solid food, get a good whey iso. Split your food into about 6 meals a day. Be sure to get a lot of your carbs around training
