hey, ive been on now for around 4 years with small off time here and there,im 29. i came off properly for 4 motnhs over a year ago to get the wife pregnant and happend fairly quick, ive done several small 6 week off times but for the main ive been on now for 4 years. i get my bloods done every 6 months and eevrything is 100%, but im just thinking long term effects now how detremental it will be not to take a proper break off, we all know how hard it is to come off for long periods of time. i change cycles and run hcg/proviorn and some other stuff during end of each cycle and the few weeks i totaly come off. i know how bad it is but its jus happened each time i was meant to take a break for few month id come up with another excuse to stay on...comp/holiday etc what adivse can you give and how long should i break for, since all bloods and even test levels came back after 4 months on last break etc i just noot sure what kind of pct break to reset and make sure body is ok , hormone and sexual wise down the line. cheers

It all depends on how old someone is and how long someone has run gear. For you at 29, in another few years, you'll qualify for legit HRT. You can stay on long term, using HRT doses, as long as you check your labs. I would suggest labs every 3 months for an HRT pateint, making sure that cholesterol, liver, kidney and red blood are all good. You've been on more than not and it's going to be hard to regain a good normal test level without some sort of assistance, be it through HRT dosing of test or long term clomid and HCG. For the guys that do want to maintain normal function, time off for at least as long as you spend on, plus PCT is a good rule to follow and always make sure that test levels are normal before you start back up.
