The leaner you are to start, the further you can take your fat loss after you start. i would suggest getting to 12% or better if you want to get shredded this time around. Otherwise, if you are very over weight, that might take awhile. I don't know how fat you are right now. I could help better if I saw pics of course. If we are talking about major fat loss, lets say you are 300 lbs, then this will be a long term project and it'll take longer than one cycle. If you are over 35, it might be worth going in to get labs and check your test levels. If you are low, you could go on HRT and stay on long term, with the right diet it'll help you contnue to improve and then run cycles, within HRT
