Yes if you plan to come off, I would suggest you do a PCT for sure. Any time you introduce a steroid, you are going to shut down natural production. If you were using the gel for muscle building effect, I imagine you could do much more with an injectable test. 

So I would suggest clomid 100mg starting the day after you come off. 7 days, then 14-21 days at 50mg
