Cycle looks just fine bro. Just watch your hematocit. Especailly as we age, those red blood numbers can creep up. You could reduce the EQ to 450mg EW and still do well.
Ok, on the gh, it all depends on what you want. You can use it to help tighten up and do a long term thing, like 2iu ED till you run out (or get more). You could dose it higher, like 4iu a day. If so, I would split it into 2x 2iu shots, one first thing in the AM, 1 pre workout. Gh is one of those things where you can keep raising the dose if your pocket book allows, Heck, I know guys taking 10iu a day, but with 5 kits, that wont last you too long and you might not get as much out of it as you think. I would stick in the 2-3iu range and plan to use it long term. At your age, you will probably make good use of Gh and a nice 2-3iu dose will help with recovery, a little fat loss, muscle fullness, skin health and maybe even improve sleep.
