    Letro rebound?

First off. I had asked a question earlier and kept digging and you had literally answered it perfectly for another member. Thank you! Next, I have never had putting edema nor took Letro until 3 weeks ago prior to my first show. Now 2 weeks later I started getting some edema +1 and +2 today as my diet was horrible the past 2 days to my ankles/feet and lower legs. Coach also has me bulking with tons of food. Burger and fries 2 days a week and large pizza one day. My workouts are without fatigue and I do cardio 5 days a week with absolutely no fatigue. I was scared of CHF as my systolic BP has been running high 145/70 and HR 70 and of course having edema, but I found in research it could possibly be Letro rebound. I took Letro 2 weeks prior to show then stopped the day of the show. Continued aromasin 25mg eod Chem research which I feel is garbage. No SOB with exertion at all. I'm hoping this is just a temp result of high sodium intake during this bulk and possibly estro rebound. But edema at 30yo?!

You mentioned you did a show. This is the main reason. You went from eating clean to what sounds like over eating. This is the fault of your diet. I'm not in the market of bashing coaches, but he should have addressed this through nutrition. Edema can get really bad post contest, espcially if you dieted hard and espeically if you manipulated water and sodium. The answer is to go back to dieting. Not dieting like you are dieting for a show, but cutting some of these cals, getting rid of the cheat meals and drinking plenty of water. A mild diuretic may be in order if all of these other things are adressed first. But you need to get that other stuff under control first. 100% sure this is the cause
