First I would make sure that you have no current issues with T3. From there, I would start it after you know that the diet is working well. So in a 16 wk diet, I might start it around week 4. This would give me about 10-12 wks of T3 use. I would also like to combine t3 with clen which I would start sooner, maybe at about 20mcg a day at 16 wks out, then increasinging 20m every 2-3 wks.
As for dosing of T3, I woulld start with 25mcg in most cases and then every 2-3 wks or as needed, to keep the diet moving at optimal rate, add 12.5mcg per day. When I get above 25 mcg, I start a second dose about 8 hours later on empty stomacn, between meals. So from that point, T3 would remain in 2 doses through the cycle, as you increase, add the new dose to the currentt lowest dose of the day. So if you are taking 25 in AM, then 12.5 in PB, when you increase the dose, go to 25mcg AM and 25mcg in the PM
When you want to coe off I would taper off T3. I would reduce 12.5mcg every 3 days until you are off it so be safe and if ou vaf
