    Hi, been doing cycles for years off and on. I'm 51, weight is 196lbs, 5' 10" Currently I am doing a cycle of test cyp 575mgs, deca 300mgs eq 575 mgs. I split the totals into 2 shots per week. These numbers were recommended by a friend who competes. He said my metabolism is low now and I have to go higher. I take in about 200 to 250 grams of protein in food and shakes. Train 4 days per week. Not killer hard because my joints hurt but I can lift some. My muscles just look flat and the more food I eat now, the bigger my stomach is getting. Not fat but bloated looking. I don't eat bad. I don't know what I'm doing wrong at this point. Thanks

    Interesting. Its really hard for me to say whothout seeing you and understanding your diet. There can be so many factors effecting you to cause the bloating. Some people are more sensitive to gear than others. It could be related to one of your compounds. Deca tends to cause a good deal of bloating. That would be my first thought in the gear. As for your metabolism and food intake, your protein is probably ok there. Not sure about the carbs and fats. Its all a balamce. Stomach bloating could even be from a good you have an allergy to. I have seen guys with issues digesting brown rice and end up blosting because of it. Another though. Flattness can be fixed not only with carbs but with fats. So you could add fats to the plan and see if that fills you out. 

    Like I said, its hard for me to say without watching your response to food. You might want to try eliminating differetn carb sources, one at a time. If you are ok, you can add it back in and then swap out another carb option.
