Interesting. Its really hard for me to say whothout seeing you and understanding your diet. There can be so many factors effecting you to cause the bloating. Some people are more sensitive to gear than others. It could be related to one of your compounds. Deca tends to cause a good deal of bloating. That would be my first thought in the gear. As for your metabolism and food intake, your protein is probably ok there. Not sure about the carbs and fats. Its all a balamce. Stomach bloating could even be from a good you have an allergy to. I have seen guys with issues digesting brown rice and end up blosting because of it. Another though. Flattness can be fixed not only with carbs but with fats. So you could add fats to the plan and see if that fills you out.
Like I said, its hard for me to say without watching your response to food. You might want to try eliminating differetn carb sources, one at a time. If you are ok, you can add it back in and then swap out another carb option.
