In that case, you are going to want to eat the maz amount of food you can in order to make the best progress possible. Over time with this diet, you will get more fat. You want to control how fat you get as more fat means a longer harder cut. In general, I would say that coming from a dieted down state is best, but if not, then I would say my ideal is to make sure I was no higher than 11-12%. And watch your progress. Dont get sucked into thinking that all scale weight is good. Use progress pics every week ti compare to previous sets
