To reconstitute your GHRP, you can use any amount of water you want. The main thing is, you want it to be enough water so you can measure your dose out. 10mg is a larger vial. Some people will putt a couple cc ML of bac water into the vial and then draw it out and put it into a larger sterile vial, where they can then add even more bac. So figure if you were to do this, its just about figuring out the math. So each 1mg = 1000mcg. if you had 10ml of water, then each 1ml would equal 1mg, so in this case, if you wanted to take a shot that was 250mcg, .25ml would be 250mcg. If you use 5ml water, each 1/2ml would equal 1mg, etc. This is not a lot of GHRP 6 to be honest. I think you could use more and you could use something else to work in conjunction, like CJC w/o Dac, to make the GHRP work better. A standard dosing protocol might be 100mcg CJC no Dac with 250 GHRP6, taken 3x day. I would personally take this between meals when your insulin levels are at their lowest
