You dont want to use nolvadex on tren. I would take adex first to make sure estrogen is under control. Then if this is not fixing the issue, add caber. .5mg 2-3 times a week until you feel normal. If you like, you can do both of these at once, then try to remove the caber once you are back on track and nipples feel ok. As long as estrogen is under control, proges and prolac are less likely to be a problem
