    Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge so freely with all us knuckleheads. I've learned a ton from you. I've designed this cycle for next year to lead right into summer. I'm trying to lean bulk for the first 8 weeks then harden and lean out for the last 8. I'm just wondering if I'm asking too much from one cycle? What are your thoughts and what would you do differently? Thanks bro and cheers!Some stats: I'm 53 and been a gearhead about 18 years. 5'9", 205 @ 12% (six pack is poppin') Manipulation of macros and training are on point. 2 compounds in this cycle I have never done are NPP and Mast P.Weeks 1-6 Dbol 50mg/edWeeks 1-8 Test E 250mg/eod. NPP 200mg/eodWeeks 9-16 Test P 150mg/eod. Tren A 150mg/eod.Mast P 150mg eod.Winstrol 50mg/edWeeks 13-16 HCG 250iu/twWeeks 17-20 Clomid 100/50/50/50.Adex .5mg/ed for first 8 weeks then .5mg/eod for last 8

    I dont think that 8 wks is a long enough time to make a big difference in muscle gains or in fat loss. I would pick a goal and stick to it for a longer time. If you want to grow, give yourself at least 5-6 monts of actual bulking, using gear for at least part of this, like 12-16 wks. Then recover and teach your body to hold this new muscle. From there, I would start a cut and give yourself 20 wks to get into awesome shape. Just my opinion though. I think a lot of people get caught up in trying to bulk and then cut in a short time. 99% of the time they never get as big as they could have and they never get truely lean
