What should be your goal on PCT?

Hi dear i have read many forms many articles on magazines etcI am 23 years old 105kgI am on gear for 12-14 weeks now.I was taking testosterone and winstrol and then changed this to testosterone and anavar. So now i have to stop it for at least 6-8 weeks (i am planning to stop them for 10 weeks) to force my body to produce its own hormones again. Not to be off my body for a very long time and stop natural productions for a long time. I think that it is the true. What do you feel?I would like to know your opinion. When you are on PCT or out of steroids what is your goal? To maintain muscle? To gain some muscle mass of it is possible or it isn't? What do you think.? If it is not possible (of course you gain muuuuuch slower than when you are on gear) why to go lut of steroids? If you can't gain anything when you are out of steroids, should you be always on?And something more. Do you use any hgh or peptides while out of steroids to keep progress on or to maintain muscle? Thanks

You rnumber 1 goal is to regain natural test function while in PCT. This will allow you to hold as much muscle as possible. With nutrition and training, the goal is to maintain as much strength as possible and eat enough to maintain the muscle you have gained while not eating so much that you begin storing a lot of extra fat. If you were to stay on, you would shut yourself down forever and risk other health issues. Remember its not just test production you are trying to recover. You also want to allow your RBC to go back to normal and allow cholesterol to return to normal. If you are using orals, which you were, you also want to give your liver a break. There is a lot that needs to recover from a steroid cycle. Far more than justs test levels and the ability to reproduce. It will take getting labs done at the end of an off period to determine if you have recovered and are ready to go back on
