Hi dear. I would like to discuss with you what you think that are the basic supplements that everyone should use to keep progress! To gains strength and mass either he is on gear or not!Everyone says whey,bcaa,creatine,glutamine.Here you have told that you prefer EAA+CARBS rather than bcaa!Please could you tell me the supplements you feel that everyone MUST use in order to gain strength mass or cut ?thanks
