Yes, just using a SERM would probably be enough, but if you wanted to be as safe as possibe, you would get some HCG too and run it through at least the second half of the cycle at 250-500iu 2x wk right up to PCT. Also, I prefer clomid to nolvadex for PCT. Everyone is different and I would not just assume you'll have a certain expereince because someone else did, but it is very valuable info, to know how others have responded and you can keep that in mind as you experiment for yourself
Being 160, you have a lot of room to grow. Im guessing you are just newer to training and diet. But be sure that you spend as much time as you can, learning to eat big. Your gains will be directly related to how much food you eat and how hard you train. These will be your two main limiting factors. So feel free to come back and ask specific questions on nutrition.
