Hey bro, a lot of people ask this questions. What you should take and how long you should take it is always the same. Clomid 100mg for 7 days, the 14-21 days at 50mg ED. But what can get tricky or different is the timing. So assuing you are using test e or cyp these have an active life of about 2 wks. But your EQ is even longer, 3 wks. So I would stop the EQ 1 week before stopping the test. Then 2 wks after your last shot of test, start PCT. 

HCG can be run through the end of the cycle and right up to 3 days from PCT. I would dose it at 250-500iu, 2x wk and I would do this starting as early as you can in the cycle and still be able to run it right up to 3 days from PCT
