What gear would work better Than a test/eq blend for running /endurance

I am a athlete who races with need of total body strength and speed. I race for distances of 5 -10 miles, and have to do more than just run. Last year I ran a sustanon 270/eq300 mix, a 1/2cc of each combined 2x a week for 10 weeks and I was really starting to see some phenomenal results with speed and endurance but because I was only able to do for 10 weeks I feel that 20 weeks would have been what I needed, this year I got a test e200/eq300 blend with a bottle of eq 200 also to add another 200mg of eq each week to my eq dose so my dose will look like this test enathate 200mg a week and 400mg EQ a week total every week. I was wondering if there was anything better I could do? Different gear to add to this cycle? Which gear? Winston tabs 30md ed last 4 weeks? Or var? Wondering if primo with test would be better? Like I said the sust270/eq300 worked great but I needed another 10weeks, wondered also if I will be ok with the test enathate instead of the sust270? Should I go and get a bottle of sust270 & eq300 or 300 to do after the blended bottle of test e200/eq300 I already have? Sorry I asked so much but need answers, I gotta be fast and my endurance through the rough this upcoming year starting in April

I like what you did for your last cycle. Remember that for sports, you dont want to use so much gear that your weight gets too high, as added mass might slow you down. So keeping the test around 250-350 is a good realm. Long acting test like test e might take a little longer to build up but it will be more stable in your blood than Sust. Keeping the EQ at about the same dose as test would be good. EQ is "drier" than some other compounds, but a higher dose is going to add weight, espeically when coupled with test. EQ converts to estogen just like test does but it converts about 50% as much as test will, so this is one of the reasons EQ would be a good option for not adding too much fluid. Plus using an AI will cut that conversion down and keep you drier. You dont want to take E too low though as this can cause dry joints. That will be counter productive for the repetitive nature of your sport. So you will have to play with the dose to keep E in the lower normal range. If you want to do labs at 4 wks in, you will get a good idea of how well your AI dose is working. 1mg EOD might be too much for some, but it could be a good dose for many, taking about 300mg test/300mg EQ. Because of joint dryness, Winstrol might be something I would stay away from. It an cause very dry and painful joints. I've always wondered why when guys get caught using gear in sports, it so often turns out to be Winstrol. Its just not ideal for anyone doing repetitive movements. My conclusion is that it is just easily available, so lots of fighters and runners pick winstrol for that reason along with the fact that it will not make them gain weight. Really you would do just fine with the EQ/Test cycle but if you wanted to up things a little, I would suggest Anavar. Anavar is a little more expensive, but you will not get the dry joint issues that can go along with winstrol. And Var will produce a hell of a lot of strength! This could be very good for your speed, while the increase RBC from the EQ helps with your endurance. Anavar will help you to super store creatine as well, which will benefit you when you need to be explosive. I would cycle in the var toward the end of the cycle when you plan to be competing. So I would start with the test/eq. Maybe run that for 12 wks, planning for the race to be 9-11 wks into the cycle. Then add the Var for the last 6 wks, leading right into the event. For bodybuilding, we dose it from 40-100mg for males. For your goals, even 30mg would make a difference. I would stick around 30-50mg. 50 being the TOP END of the cycle

Hope this helps. I tried to cover most everything you asked, so its a lot of different bits of info. If you need to have things cleared up, feel free to write again, or if you would like to work together, 1 on 1, feel free to hit me up on the Next Level Nutrition page, here at Naps. I work with a lot of bodybuilders and strength athletes. I also have had some great expereinces with MMA and boxers. I have not worked with a runner before, but I can already see how dialing in nutrition for your sport would be really fun and rewarding to see come together. Best of luck bro!
