So it sounds like you have a lot of room to improve since you have not used gear. Im going to give you a suggstion I would for anyone else. Because you dodnt need a ton of gear or a complex cycle to make great progress at the start. Your body will respond and take off with the right food and training. Test E or Cyp would be a place to start. About 400-500mg EW split into a couple of shots, like Mon and Thurs. I think this would be plenty. If you want to go harder, you could add in a small amount of Dbol. 30mg would be plenty. Then see how you recover from this and from there, you will have a lot of room to increase and keep making great progress. Remember that recovery is a huge part of understanding how to cycle properly. So its not just about the muscle you gain. Its how well you regain natural production because thats what will allow you to hold the muscle. Then feel free to come back and I'll help you figure out cycle #2
