Gh would help you to stay lean while adding mass. 3iu a day (genetic) would be a decent dose to help with recovery and stay tighter. Espeically at 54, a dose of gh like this will help. As we age, natural GH levels decline, so a good steady HRT dose of 2-3iu will keep you in an optimal range, allowing for optimal mass gains. It probably wont add mass like steroids will, but it will make sure that you are in a more ideal state to grow, while staying lean. I would suggest using it as long as you can. If you take 3iu a day and train in the afternoon to evening, I would take 1.5iu inthe morning and 1.5iu before working out. You could take it all at once before training, but I find splitting it up improves my ressults
