Androil is in pill form, but it is super fast acting so you have to take it several times a day and the water retention is high. It is also SUPER toxic. The safe route would be to use a standard injectable test. I prefer Test E or cyp or sust, regardless of dieting fat off or off season. If dieting, you might want to take more AI to blance water, but you should be just fine. If it is a matter of not liking shots, I get it, but there is no way around that if you want to use gear.
