Tudca is good but it is costly. While taking an oral, I would suggest using tudca for a month after you have taken it. For the rest of the cycle and while on the oral, I would suggest using NAC at 1200 to 1500mg and Liv52 can be helpful. Milk Thistle is ok too, but personally I have not seen great results with myself or clients. It cannot hurt though! 1000mg is a standard dose. Most important, keep an eye on your labs and you will see how your liver is doing
