    What would be a good cycle to run after your first? My friend just finished a 12 week cycle of Sus 250 and had really good results. Would running Test E @ 500mg EW with maybe Deca or Dbol for the fist 6 weeks be a good one? Thanks in advance

    I would stay away from the deca for your first couple cycles. Its a tough one to recover from. If you wanted to use dbol, that could help. Here is the cycle I have suggested here on the QA, many times 

    1-12

    500mg test E EW

    adex .5-1mg EOD or as needed

    1-6

    Dbol 25mg ED 

     

    PCT starts 2 wks after last shot
