    I recently got done with my 2nd cycle. I kept 22lb(3months after pct) from my first test and dbol cycle. My 2nd was test deca and dbol. I gained nearly 20lb again, however this time I only kept a small amount of weight 3 months after. I went from 180 to 198 and went back down to 185. I feel like deca was extremely hard to recover from to be honest. I wanted to try hcg at the end of the cycle rather then during. I definitely will run it during from now on. My recovery from my first cycle felt like 3 weeks. This 2nd one I still feel kinda tired and shitty 2 months after. I also noticed my appetite was definitely way less. Any tricks on staying hungry? Is there any opportunities to bridge with sarms and hold my gains better. Or even hgh how well would a low dose of hgh bridge from 1 cycle to the next do? I personally would like to keep my body functioning and be able to come off I'm only 26 and unsure if I'd want to be on trt. Definitely think if it's safe trt would be amazing later on in life.

    There are a lot of thing you can do to try to maintain your progress but there are other factors you have to look at. The bigger you are, the harder it is to hold muscle and the more you have to eat to stay that size. So if you only eat to be 190, you can never maintain anything more than that. So thats the first thing, figuring out the nutrition it will take to hold at a higher mass level. Your diet should be a lot different now than when you starte gear. Protein should be, at the very least 1 gram per lb, but probably even more. 

    And yes deca is hard to recover from. I dont suggest it anymore to people that are not on HRT. I dont think that you NEED deca when there are so many other good compounds tht will not shut you down as hard. LIke EQ for instance, or if you wanted to use nandrolone, NPP. 

    Running HCG through the cycle at around 250-500iu every 3 days right up to PCT will help you bounce back faster too. So smart move on that one

     

    SARMs are still going to impact your naturl test production so it is not a "freebie". If you can avoid it between cycls, you will probably recover better. 

    Anything GH related will not impact natural production. GH, IGF-LR3, mk677, CJC, GHRP, these things can all help to maintain size and fullness and pump between cycles. I would look more into them. IGF LR3 for instance. I would come off, do PCT, then at the end of PCT when you are about to come off of the Clomid, start 30mcg IGF taken pre workout IM on training days. Do this for 3 wks. Then 60mcg for 3 wks, then a 3 wk break. You could also look at MK677, 25mg taken before bed for 4 wks on, 3-4 wks out. You can mix and match these products through your recovery period and have no impact on your sex hormone recovery
