Ok so no matter what gear you use, its all about the diet. To gain muscle, you need to eat more than maintance. To lose fat, you need to et less than maintance. So there is a problem with the idea of losing fat and getting big at the same time. To an extent, it can be done but once again, this comes back to diet. Its hard for me to say without specifically working with you and watching your progress, but I would start with protein. At your size, about 200g would be a place to start. Then fats and carbs adjusted as you needed for your goals. If you have some body fat now, just understand that as you grow, you will only gain more fat. So you might want to consider tightening up first, then starting your cycle.
Ok all of that said, if you want to start gear and have not used it before, test is your bse. Test E or Cyp would be your best option. 500g is the dose I suggest for 12 wks. 1mg adex EOD while on cycle. If you wanted to use an oral, my suggestion would be to use it at the end of the cycle. Winstrol is a decent option. Last 6 wks at 50mg ED taken orally. Just understand that unless you are already lean, it wont get you leaner. You could use clen through this cycle too. There are many ways to run it. You could do 20mcg to start, then increase by 20mcg every 2 wks going no higher than 120mcg for the 12 wk cycle
Of course, dont forget to do a PCT after the cycle
