Thought on the 16 weeks pro bulk bodybuilding off season cycle
    on: 2016-12-09 02:31:11
Hey and thanks in advance for your time to answer my question. I am 25, 6 ft and 256 lbs right now. BF is like 20%. I finally decided to compete in bodybuilding. Right now I work for myself so I can have enough time focus on training and diet. I had three cycles before. Tried test, eq, tren. Had some good effects. And the last cycle was two years ago. Right now I plan to compete one year later, so I want to do a lean bulk up cycle first. Just want to listen to your thought about this 16 weeks cycle. https://www.napsgear.org/16-week-pro-bulk-bodybuilding-off-season-cycle-p486And I also wish you could give me some suggestion about the pct plan. And do you think it is worth adding HCG during such cycle?

I would suggest that you get your body fat down first. You need to be lean to bulk. Right now, if you add cals, you are just going to add more body fat in the process. At 20%, you will probably be more like 210 lbs lean. So get down to at least 10% first. Then consider getting bigger. We all want to be the biggest guy on stage, but it is usually the leanet guy that will win. You can do this with a cycle of test or test and eq. You could add in tren if you wanted but really this is all going to come down to diet. You could use clen and other fat burners if you like. If you have a year, you have time to get the fat under control and then take a break. Then come back and hit it hard, keeping food high and hopefully growing into the show.
