    Hi there , I have some history with using steroids , my last cycle was to get rid of some fat , I am 37 yo, 5,9 , 185 , 18%bf , I had Helios Clen and T3 . It worked but wasnt so impressive with results. Am thinking of next cycle. I have some muscle so I would like make them more visible while still burning fat . Could you help me with creating cycle?

    So that last cycle looks like it didn't contain steroids. I see the fat burners and nothing else. Just wanted to point that out. To answer your question, I would suggest 500mg test e or cyp. Then if you want to add an oral for the first 6 wks, Dbol at 25mg or either Tbol or Var at 40-50mg. Then PCT starting 2 wks after last shot.
