Not sure what you mean by intermediate cycle. A key component to cycling is to get your blood levels up and keep them there. It takes weeks of higher levels before you will actually see visual changes. Next I would like to point out that the only difference between a “lean” bulking cycle and a not lean bulking cycle is in your diet. The food will determine water retention and fat. So thats up to you. Also controlling estrogen helps. since this looks like your first cycle, heres what I would do. This will work very well. You could put on 25 lbs with this and keep 10-15 which would be huge. 500mg test E or Cyp every week. Split that into 2 weekly doses. You can use that for 8 to 12 wks. So if you want to keep it short, just go with 8. Along with this, use arimidex at .5mg every other day. If you want to do more, 25mg Dbol for the first 6 wks. When your cycle is over, wait 2 wks then start PCT. 100mg Clomid every day for 7 days. Then 14-21 days at 50mg ED.
