Avergage dosing is 50mg a day. I have seen guys go as high as 100mg a day. I think 50 is plenty though. What many people do is wait to add it in for the later part of their cycle. So if you are using Dbol for the first 6 wks of a 12 wk cycle, then add in 50mg Prov for the last 6 wks. No reason you cant run it all the way through though. You will find more hardness, increased libido and you may need less AI. Remember that Prov is not a replacement for AI but it may help with controlling estrogen more than without it!
