    I'm thinking of running the 500 of test a week and 200 tren E for ten weeks. What is your thoughts on this cycle diet will be fish and veggies for six weeks 6 meals a day then switching up to carb cycling for 4 weeks. I'm currently at 200lbs and bout 20% bodyfat. Thanks in advance for your advice

    There are a lot of factors that go into picking a cycle. Your experience is probably the biggest factor. If you have never used anything, than tren is probably not a good first move but if you are a seasoned bodybuilder, familiar with tren, then sure, it’s a great compound, quite strong and for someone that is used to controlling it, a lot can be done with it. Since your goal is to cut, if you use tren or not, be sure that you focus on controlling estrogen with an AI while on, so that high estrogen doesn’t get in the way of your fat loss. Diet is also very individual. Some guys do very well with a lot of carbs, while some new few. Some guys do better with fats than carbs. Fish and veggies will for sure help to lose weight, thats a low calorie, low fat, low carb diet. Just remember though, this is body BUILDING. Its not just about getting skinny. You want to be able to eat the most amount of food possible, while still making great progress. And you want to leave yourself room to make changes down the road. If you pull out all the stops from the start, you won’t have many dietary options left when the progress slows. At 20%, whatever method of dieting you use, if you want to get into ripped condition, you will probably need to diet for longer than 10 wks. It takes time to get into shape. I would start with cleaning the diet up now. Cut out the processed foods and cheat meals. Add some cardio in. See what that does to start. At 20%, you can easily lose 30 plus lbs total. So shoot for using this clean diet with carbs and fats to start and see if you can get a few lbs off. Then when progress slows, make a couple smaller changes to get to progressing again. I would keep working it like this and shoot to get to a lower body fat before starting the cycle. It’ll take some time to get everything on hand anyway, so why not start now, right? That will allow you to then take your fat loss even further when you do start your cycle. If you are going to come off to recovery after your cycle, be sure to do a good PCT of Clomid after your cycle is over. Since tren can shut you down pretty hard, it wouldn’t hurt to add in some HCG at 250iu 2x wk through the cycle as well.
