A Gear-Newbie looking to lose fat

Hi. I'm newbie here, but ordered Clen and Anavar recently. I haven't started using them yet. That's what I'd like your advice on! I'm a 46 yr old female about 5'3", bouncing between 125 and 130 lbs for the last 4 yrs or so. I'm most comfortable in my clothes at about 118 lbs. I've been active/athletic my whole life. For the last year I've been working with a trainer 10-12 hrs a week trying to get back down to 118 lbs and about 18% body fat (currently about 21%). I don't compete or anything, I just want to look and feel good! I'm "pescatarian." I eat fish, eggs and some dairy, but would like to be vegan eventually. My eating is generally pretty clean. I'm sorry this is so wordy, but I want you to have all the information you need! I struggle with the fat I carry on my hip and thigh area. When my eating and my workouts are really focused, I get so lean in my upper body, it's almost unattractive, but I can't seem to thin out my lower body! My anti-aging doc has me taking the following; 50,000 iu Vitamin D once weekly, 50 mgs DHEA daily, 65 mgs Nature Throid Daily, and 100 mgs Progesterone daily. I've been doing this for almost 2 months and have noticed a slight difference in sleep quality and energy levels. Are Clen and Anavar right for me? I made the decision to purchase them from reading your QA section and doing a little research of my own. If these are correct, what dosages should I start with and at what intervals do I increase? Do I cycle them? Do you have a better option for me knowing what my goals are and what I've described? Thank you so much for your time, I appreciate your assistance, and might be interested in more info on your Next Level Nutrition program.

Hey thanks for reaching out.Yes, these would be good compounds for you. Before we get to that, there are a few things I want to mention. First the leanness in your upper body vs lower. We all lose fat differently. Hips and butt are common problem areas for females. The trick is to keep going. Keep pushing when you get to that point because you are on the right path! Next, progesterone. If you find that you are having a hard time with fat loss in the future, understand that progesterone can sometimes interfere with fat loss. So just keep that in mind if you find you struggle with the fat loss. This is not 100% going to be a problem. Just be aware that it possibly could be. Next clen and Var. Ok so anavar is going to be less for fat loss and more for muscle retention and growth. It will also preserve muscle while dieting hard. I find that postmenopausal women do well with steroids compared to women that have a lot of estrogen fluctuation through the month. I would start at 5mg, which is a small dose. then after a few weeks if you are comfortable with that, go to 10mg, split into 2 doses a day. I would suggest using anavar for no longer than 8 wks at a time. then come off for 8 wks. For this reason, I would add it into the diet when you have already been dieting for awhile and then use the var for the last 8 wks of the diet. For the clen, you can run this for 12 wks. Once again I would try to exhaust fat loss before adding it in. get as much as you can without it. Then start 20mcg a day taken first thing in the AM. Every 2 wks, increase by 20mcg (so after 2 wks use 40, then in 2 wks 60 etc). Go no higher than 100mg and no longer than 12 wks on. One more tip, pick up some Yohimbine HCL. Start at 2.5mg and work up to what you can tolerate, no higher than 12.5mg. This will work in a different way than clen and they will work well together. Plus Yohimbine will target estrogen related fat better (hips legs and butt). Figured you’d like to know about that :). This is available over the counter. Just make sure its exactly written as I have written it. there is a “bark” version that is not concentrated and not effective. If you want help with your diet, reach out to me at the Next Level Nutrition page, here at Naps. Best of luck!
