Hi, It has been 17 many years since I have used steroids the last time. Now I am 36 years and I weight 75.5kg and 5'6" tall. I have already done 6 weeks of 1 ml sust 250 and planning to up the dose now for the remainder of the cycle. The aim is to build, but more importantly to cut. So here is what I have done & planing to do, I will be very thankful if you can let me know if this seems right or if I am doing something wrong: Week 1 - 6 ; 1ml per weekWeek 7 - 11; 2ml per weekWeek 7 - 13; 0.5ml Arimidex EODWeek 7 - 13; 50mg Winstrol (Oral) EDFor PCT (3 Weeks)Day 1; Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mgNext 10 Days; Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mgNext 10 Days; Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mgAlso, would it be reasonable to wait 16 weeks before the next cycle?
